  • Fulfillment by Liago: For these products, Liago takes full responsibility for the entire shipping process, including storing the product, packing it securely, and handling its delivery directly to you.
  • Easy Ship: With this option, the seller is responsible for storing and packing the product. Once ready, Liago's dedicated logistics service will pick up the package from the seller and deliver it to your specified address.
  • Self-Ship: In this method, the seller manages the entire fulfillment process themselves. This means the seller is responsible for storing, packing, and shipping the product directly to you using their own chosen shipping carriers.

5. Delivery Issues

Your satisfaction is important to us. If your order arrives and appears visibly damaged or tampered with, we strongly advise you to refuse delivery immediately. After refusing, please contact Liago's customer service right away so we can assist you with the next steps.

6. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are determined by various factors, including the product's size, weight, and your delivery location.
